A prayer service was held at St. Mary’s on 20th November 2016 to close the Holy Door and mark the end of the Year of Mercy. Father Gerry Kelly Parish of St. Francis Parish reminded the Congregation of the qualities of Mercy and the importance of continuing to show mercy and forgiveness in our lives. All present processed through the Holy Door before Father Gerry blessed and closed it. We then continued in procession and back to the Chapel for Benediction.
